SAVE THE DATE for the Spring 2025 Bishop's Convocation 

  • Official Convocation Dates: Tuesday, April 22 at 11am through Thursday, April 24 at 11am.
  • Add on the optional 1-night retreat PRIOR to convocation: Begins on Monday, April 21 at 4pm

Things to note:

  1. this year our annual reservation falls on the week immediately after Easter
  2. we have negotiated with Seabeck Conference Center on Hood Canal to shift our beginning day one day later in the week
  3. registration fee varies depending on housing type selected and ranges from $382-$469 for three nights; $324-$396 for two nights
  4. registration will open mid-January 2025
