Lay Ministry Formation (LMF) is a 2-year, cohort-based program designed for lay leaders who want to explore where God is already at work in their lives and communities — and to grow in confidence and clarity to join in that work.
Whether you're engaged in youth ministry, caregiving, social justice, music, or simply asking “what’s next,” this program offers spiritual formation, theological grounding, and practical tools for leadership in everyday life.
