Message from the Bishop Re: Immigration

Beloveds of the Northwest Washington Synod:

"I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me." Matthew 25:35

With the new administration's executive orders, I am gravely concerned about the anti-immigrant policies affecting our neighbors and faith communities. Please hold in prayer those whose lives are being upended and threatened. In addition to the items in this email, we will continue to share information and opportunities for learning and advocacy as we receive them.
