Reports to the Bishop

Peace to you Pastors, Deacons, Mission Developers and SALMs,

Each rostered minister, mission developer, and synod authorized minister (SALM) in our synod is to complete a report to the bishop. This process allows you to share information with the bishop AND helps the synod administrative staff keep our records up to date. Thank you for taking time to complete your form - soon!

Once again this year we have a synod-created form for you to use - that will better help the bishop and synod staff to journey with you as leaders.

We have multiple forms to choose from below.

To complete:

• Review and select the appropriate form below
• Download and save it to your computer with your name in the file name (ex: SBergReport)
• Complete the form
• Save form again
• Email it to office@lutheransnw.org

• Rostered Minister serving in a congregation/worshipping community
• Rostered Minister serving in a specialized ministry setting
• Mission Developer
• Synod-Authorized Lay Minister
• Retired/On Leave from Call - serving in transitional ministry
• On Leave From Call or on Disability
• Retired
